Heather Lonergan
Physiotheraphist/Owner of Berwick Physiotherapy Clinic

Heather graduated from Dalhousie University in 1973 and has worked the past 34 years in hospital and clinic settings. Continuing education is a priority for Heather, not only for herself, but for her staff as well. She is certified with the Canadian Acupuncture Foundation and sits on the Board of Directors for NS College of Physiotherapists and is active in CPA and AVDCPA.

Peter Walton
Staff Physiotherapist


Peter joined our staff in June, 2001 following his graduation from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy (with distinction). His education includes a Bachelor of Physical Education from Acadia University and a Master of Science and Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia. He has a particular interest in sport related injury and has completed "Fit Fore Golf" ( a continuing education course for Physiotherapy). Peter incorporates his background in exercise science with an active approach when rehabilitating clients. He is now working 2 late afternoons at the clinic.

Janet Hopkins
RMT


Janet graduated from ICT Northumberland College in July, 2002 as a Massage Therapist with advanced training in myofascial integration. She began working at Berwick Physiotheraphy Clinic in November, 2002. Janet continues to advance her skills and celebrates 5 years (2007) as a valued member of the clinic.

Nova Redden
Office Manager

Nova started working at Berwick Physiotherapy Clinic on opening day (June 1, 1993) and enjoys dealing with past and present clients on a daily basis. She handles a large variety of office duties and is continually adapting to the monthly and yearly changes. Nova is a member of the Annapolis Valley IAAP Chapter.

Christina Harris
Staff Physiotheraphist


Chris joined our staff in April, 2003. She has been a Physiotherapy Assistant for more than 20 years in both clinic and hospital settings and is certified with the NS College of Physiotherapists.

Renee Downey
Staff Physiotherapist


Renee joined the staff of Berwick Physiotherapy Clinic in June, 2006. After graduation from Dalhousie University with her B.Sc. in Physiotherapy. Since day one, she has proved her skills. Renee has become an invaluable asset to our staff! She enjoys the daily challenges of this general practice.

  • All staff are CPR trained

  • Physiotherapists are licensed with NS College of Physiotherapists and the Canadian Physiotherapy Assoc.

  • Massage Therapist is registered with NS Massage Therapy Association

Heather, Renee, Janet and Peter consider Chris and Nova, both invaluable assets to the therapists and their clients!
